07/2008-10/2011 The Project Objective was to implement five day training programs on public procurement for the Contracting Authorities and Contracting Entities of the Republic of Cyprus. Specifically, the training programs included: strategic choices for the award of public contracts, preparation of tender documents and announcement of tender procedure, evaluation and contract award, project initiation and management procedures, contract implementation and management.
