10/2005-10/2007 The Project Objective was the provision of IT project management services for the main project included users training, design and implementation of a help desk to support the operation of the MIS, installation of new versions and releases of the MIS application, system security management, recording of additional users’ requirements for application upgrades and modifications, minor application improvements in order to achieve better response times. The project also included the development of additional modules and the upgrade of the current MIS as a result of EC audits, new EC regulations, or new requirements imposed by the users of the system.
