12/2005-10/2007 The Project Objective was to increase the efficiency of the Cypriot Public Procurement System, by establishing the appropriate institutional and operational capacity for the effective application of best practices in public procurement from the point of identification of needs up to the final implementation, the contract management and the disposal of the assets, in accordance with the Acquis Communautaire on public procurement.
